19:00-20:30 -Technical Fundamentals l :
In this module we will work on the internal organisation of the body, the possibility of opening internal spaces, which provide comfort and new ways of moving with less effort.
From here, we establish a concrete and real relationship with the floor as a motor source, to create greater dynamics within the dance space .

Saturday 28.10.
15:00-16:20 - Circularity:
This second module will be about the inner mechanics to provide a better circular production.
Suggested registration in couples.
16:30-17:50 - application of Technique:
Sequences based on principals we have learned in previous workshops .
Sequences for the dance floor with musical accents during walking as well as in circular movements.
